We are looking for someone who can provide quality work within a short period of time, in exchange for per article compensation based on your level of experience. In order to accommodate our rapid growth, we need a New Jersey Regional Sales Manager with a competitive drive and who demonstrates strong leadership skills. With a hands-on management style, you’ll have the opportunity to build and develop a grade A team of sales professionals selling Lime Cellular’s mobile marketing solutions.
To be successful in this position you will have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field, sales experience with a significant amount of time spent in management and a strong work ethic. You’ll also need to be team oriented with a proven track record of hiring, retaining, and creating a winning team of field sales representatives. Industry experience in mobile marketing is preferred, but not required. You’ll spend a considerable amount developing sales strategies and working closely with your team to reach aggressive sales goals.
