Lime’s billing system adapts to your needs as a business owner. You have the ability to create, modify and send out invoices with the click of a button!

Bills will reflect the customer’s monthly charges with either that month’s charges or previous month’s charges (added depending on if the user is prepaid or post-paid). The billing system allows you to create and edit bills to include discounts, and to add and subtract items accordingly.

Below is an example of a bill for Advertisers. Bills are automatically calculated to include all charges for all messaging credits and keywords according to your packaging specifications.

Bills can be ‘Set as Paid’ when the user has paid you with a check or another method other than recurring credit card payments, which are automatic. This helps to organize the system and designate who has paid and who may need to be reminded.
