You have the ability to create groups with access to specified advertiser features. Select from our list of features that each account can use: text messages, mobile Coupons, mobile web Pages, QR codes, appointment manager, conduct a poll, text to win, questionnaire, auto responders and connect to Facebook.
You can assign Advertisers, Resellers and Sales Agents all too different groups depending on the types of businesses they are using your SMS services for. A real estate company, for instance, would most likely want to use mobile web pages, QR codes, and text messages to advertise homes and generate leads, or a doctor’s office would only want to use text messages and appointment reminders to reduce patient no-shows and suggest routine vaccinations.
The groups feature can be used in conjunction with our packages feature to create custom packages and plans that cater to different businesses and their mobile marketing needs. Create plans assigned to the features you know each group of customers will use!
