Change default filter for bills list When Clicking ‘Advertisers’ > View bills the default value set ‘All’ and ‘Hide disabled bills’ set unchecked.
When saving bill successfully removed the pop up (your bill was saved successfully).
When disabling an admin set the page to /serviceBlocked.jsf (also update all current disabled white labels)
